MIZAR Additive Manufacturing, SLU offers 3D printing services for the manufacture of physical objects of customizable features according to your needs. From the 3D model, on request, 3dmizar create concrete object: interior decoration, figures, robots, miniatures, models, jewelry, prototypes etc. The objects have no utilitarian or functional purpose. If, requirements were necessary functional prototyping services on project, orders will not be managed through 3Mizar.com and should contact www.mizaradditive.com and our engineering service.

3dmizar reserves the right to refuse any order of objects causing an offense to public order or good practices, and any object that can clearly infringe the intellectual rights of third parties and orders that do not meet the provisions of our design guide specific to each technology and material.

PRICES

The prices listed for custom orders are in Euros, VAT not included. Shipping costs must be added. The amount of VAT and shipping costs, will be indicated on the invoice. All orders are paid in euros, whatever the country in which the order is placed.

3dmizar reserves the right to change prices at any time.

For orders and deliveries made outside the Iberian Peninsula, for intra/extra-EU countries and the application of VAT it will be established for each particular country.

MAKING ORDER PROCESS

Customers who want to purchase an item to be manufactured via a 3D image provided and designed by himself, must either:

– Fill the identification form indicating all the required contact details.


- Join in 3dmizar.com. In this way the data will be archived on the site for future purchases.

Material, color, technology, finishes selection should be identified on the web at the time of loadding the subject to get your offer.

The validation of the order will be made once the budget issued by 3dmizar is accepted.

Payment will be made in accordance with the conditions set. We currently accept payments through PayPal (Europe) Ltd to pay an account "PayPal" or through the TPV payment (Visa, MasterCard)

3dmizar not handle or store any information regarding your means of payment.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, recognizing that the client is fully aware of them and the refusal by the client using its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. The CLIENT as soon as “click" on the "Process Order” the order is becoming validated and an electronic signature between the parties is achieved having the same value as a handwritten signature.


You must ensure that your order information is accurate and complete before paying it, because then it is impossible to bring any modification, cancellation or refund until the order has been received by the customer as production starts immediately. If not, the changes will be permitted to the extent that has been agreed by 3dmizar and client.

3dmizar reserves the right to revoke and / or cancel any order if there are technical reasons for doing so if manufacture could be avoided . Just in this case, 3dmizar will refund all money paid.

Prices for orders are calculated on a number of mainly technical aspects of models such as volume, size, design, finish and purpose of the object.

It is recommended that you keep a printed copy of these terms and conditions, as well as a copy of the order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME AND TRANSPORT

Production available time for web materials and colors is 5 working days. The deadlines for final delivery of the product will depend on the location of the client and the delivery of MRW by area. It is reported at the time of placing the order.

Functional parts with specifications, and / or metal parts, contact www.mizaradditive.com and our engineering service.

If payment data is not correct, delivery will be postponed until the correct information is received from customer.

Objects will be delivered to specified address by the customer in the order by the transit agency MRW, which will be directed by SMS or email the client indicating the expected delivery.

The irregularity concerning the delivery (damage, missing objects in comparison with the delivery order, damaged package, broken objects, etc.) necessarily must be specified by writing in the delivery note and must be signed by the customer. To ensure that these reserves are taken into account, the customer must also confirm the irregularity of the carrier within three business days following the delivery, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt in the irregularity. Otherwise all risks during transportation borne by the customer.

Mizar meets the legal guarantee according to law.

RETURN POLICY

3D manufacturing process following 3D file load at 3dmizar webside by the client begins nealry at the same time customer is sending the request to 3dmizar, so cancellation period is very small, just 24 hours since the moment that customer accepts the price offer. After this period customer must not have any right to cancel any request until the recepcion of the object at customer’s.

As soon as customer receive the product, deeply inspection on the object by customer is expected from 3dmizar. In case of any non conformity found with customer request, 3dmizar kindly ask to contact us through info@3dmizar.com, no longer tan 7 days after receiving the product. Just in case customer decides not to claim, or using the product without conformity, 3dmizar is automatically exempt from any responsibility or possible consequences of using this product and also customer will loose any right to claim to 3dmizar.

Returns: After inspection process customer has at maximum 7 days for claiming after receiving the product.

EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:

3d Mizar supplies goods made from specifications clearly requested by CUSTOMER therefore, in accordance with Article 103.m) of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, approving the revised text of the Act is amended to the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws approved by the RD 1/2007, of 16 November, the customer is informed that not admissible WITHDRAWAL
RIGHT confirmation of the order implies the express consent of the knowledge by the CLIENT loss of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 103.m) of Law 3/2014.

In case of rejected products due to production defects, 3dmizar will replace te article by another new one with the same characterisitics.

Customer claims willn ot be acceptd under no circumstances if 100% or requirements Under no circumstances they are accepted CLIENTS claims made in order to coincide 100% with the requirements of the order were not satisfied with the work done by 3dmizar.

3dmizar will not return any amount paid by customer, just in case 3dmizar will not be technically able to produce customer request, even included in every technology and material design guide

RESPONSABILITIES

RESPONSABILITY EXEMPTION

3dmizar won’t be liable under any circumstances for any damages including, without limitation, any lost profits, or punitive damages, punitive, indirect or consequential damages of any kind which may cause, including but not limited inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability, performance and continuity of the web 3dmizar or transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, on 3dmizar web/ server, despite having taken all the necessary measures within its capabilities and state of technology, to ensure the functioning of the 3dmizar web, and avoid the existence and transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs.

Products to be processed by this website and 3d printing, are olny destinated to decoration or pleasure application. Therefore, 3dMizar won’t be responsible and manteins responsibility exemption in any case that product are used for any finality different of the one that has been created at the beginning.

CUSTOMER consequences inherent to the individual, such as allergic to the materials used for the manufacture of the object, or if the custom object does not meet the customer own personal like, will not be under 3dmizar responsibility.

3dmizar accepts no responsibility for any errors or problems that may arise from the use of internet communications and the customer assumes all risks associated with the delivery of commercially sensitive information for your business. If customer does not agree to take this risk, customer must notify 3dmizar in writing that the mail is not an acceptable means of communication

3dMizar responsibility for an actual ans tested damage will be limited, independent on the seriousness of the offense, the product price directly related to the reason for the claim. Any other responsibility, such as any loss or expense related to the claim or other indirect loss or any liability is excluded.

Customers recognize and accept that, within the full scope of the applicable regulations, 3dmizar can not be held liable for direct or indirect, incidental, damages or compensation for moral damages, costs, losses, decreasing turnover or benefits or liabilities of any nature that may result from use or, conversely, the inability to use the website or its content (even if the occurrence of damage in question was known or could have been foreseen by 3dmizar). In any case, the responsibility of 3dmizar is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for your current order.

CUSTOMER RESPONSABILITY

CUSTOMERS transmit their images and models as a file and undertake not to transfer files that contain viruses or programs that destroy data. Customers must keep a copy of the file. It 3dmizar under any circumstances, be liable for the loss or destruction of the files transmitted by the CLIENT.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Web Site is governed by Spanish Law and is protected under national and international legislation on intellectual property.

In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court being the courts of Vitoria which deal with any dispute between 3dmizar and client.
